DISCPlus Academy: Member Agreement Terms & Conditions

By joining the DISCPlus Academy, you are entering a professional partnership. You are being granted access to proprietary tools and information and guidance on the Godley Health Method to improve your coaching or leadership outcomes. This is not a "casual" subscription; it is a professional commitment to the Absolute Truth.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection

• Ownership: All training materials, articles,handbooks, and videos are the exclusive property of Elaine Godley and the DISCPlus Academy.
• Usage: You are granted a limited license to use these materials with your direct clients only. You are strictly prohibited from teaching the "Godley Health Method" as your own curriculum, or training other coaches in its use.
• Non-Compete: You agree not to create a competing behavioural profiling or health-mentoring Academy based on the proprietary insights gained here.

3. Profiling Credit Policy

• Source: All DISCPlus profiles must be purchased through the Academy portal. Using "look-alike" or cheaper, low-accuracy tools while claiming to use the Academy method is a breach of this agreement.
• Expiry: You have unlimited use access to create client profile reports which is provided to keep your practice moving.
• Fair Use: "Unlimited" access is subject to fair use, and intended for your direct client work, not for resale to third-party organisations without a separate Corporate License/White Label (expected launch in late 2026/27).

4. The "No-Fluff" Standard of Conduct

• You agree to represent the data with honesty.
• You agree to maintain the link between behaviour and biology as taught.
• Diluting the brand with "personality games" or "soft" corporate jargon is grounds for immediate membership termination.

5. Subscription & Payment

• Billing: Your membership fee of £99 is due monthly in advance.
• Access: Access to the DISCPlus dashboard, the member vault, and the community is tied to your active payment status. If a payment fails, access is suspended.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. However, upon cancellation, you lose the right to use the "Certified Practitioner" branding.

6. Liability & Medical Disclaimer

• The DISCPlus Academy provides behavioural and health insights, not medical diagnoses.
• You, the Practitioner, are responsible for ensuring your clients understand that any lifestyle changes are made at their own risk.
• You agree to indemnify the DISCPlus Academy and Elaine Godley against any claims arising from your specific coaching practice.

7. Termination of License

The Academy reserves the right to terminate your membership and revoke your license immediately if you are found to be:

1. Sharing login credentials or vault content with non-members.
2. Misrepresenting the data to clients.
3. Engaging in unethical conduct that brings the Academy into disrepute.

MEMBER BENEFITS (as at 7 April 2026)

• Unlimited access to personalised DISCPlus behaviour profiling reports for your clients
• Invitation to WhatsApp support group
• Invitation to attend the weekly live video call for ongoing training and profile Q and A
• Free membership and enrollment to THE PERFECT HEALTH HUB
• Discounted health testing for you and your family (when registered as a Perfect Health HUB member)
• A referral fee of £50 is gifted to members for every full price HTMA analysis (currently £299) undertaken by Elaine.
• A referral fee of 10% for any corporate profiling project referred to Elaine
• Certified Practitioner Certificate
